Processing times
We aim to get your order on the way as quickly as possible, and our standard processing times during normal operational times are 2-3 business days for ready made items and 7-14 business days for handmade items. 

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at the checkout. You should receive tracking information at the time of dispatch, however if you would like to follow up on the status of your order at any time, please get in touch via email at ilmcovers.co@gmail.com

Import Fees/Duties & Customs
Import duties, customs, and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and may be collected upon delivery based on order value and the recipients countries custom regulations & thresholds.
